Stephen Austin is a former NFL Executive and founder of the NFL Regional and Super Regional Combines. Prior to joining the NFL, Stephen owned and operated ELITE Football Combines from 1990 until its purchase by the National Football League in 2010. Stephen was named Director of NFL Combine Properties, LLC, serving until 2016.

Stephen has provided player evaluation services to the NFL, NFL Europe, Canadian Football League, the XFL (2000) and the XFL (2020). In 2018, was retained by NFL Hall of Fame General Manager, Bill Polian, to direct combines for the new Alliance of American Football. In 2019, Stephen and American National Combines were selected by XFL Commissioner, Oliver Luck, as the league’s official combine service.

Alex Jungsten serves ANC as Director of Operations. In this capacity Alex oversees all aspects of company operations, strategic planning, related technologies and combine event management.


Recently, Alex has planned and managed the combine operations for ANC’s clients, including the XFL, Alliance of American Football, and the Pacific Pro Football Scrimmage.


Between 2018 and 2019, Alex oversaw multiple combine operations, totaling over 2,550 players and 17 different locations throughout the US.

David Turner has a wealth of pro player personnel experience, holding scouting and personnel director positions with the Oakland Raiders, San Francisco 49ers, Miami Dolphins and New York Giants. 

David has also been a Blesto Scout for the Carolina Panthers and Player Personnel Director for the Arizona Rattlers. Most recently, David served as Director of Player Personnel with the CFL Edmonton Eskimos. 


For the Oakland Raiders David held the positions of Area Scout and Pro Personnel Scout, and while at the San Francisco 49ers David served as Player Personnel Assistant.

Laura Pineda

Phil joined ANC in 2004 as Regional Director for the ANC Baltimore combine. In 2006, Phil was promoted to Assistant National Director and later was promoted to Senior National Director in 2008. Since 2010 Phil has also served as an NFL Regional Combines National Director. During his career, Phil has worked at NFL, CFL, Alliance and XFL combines.
Phil attended West Virginia University where he majored in Civil Engineering. Currently, Phil coaches Varsity Football and Track at Overlea High School in Baltimore, MD.

Rashad began playing football as a student-athlete at Kent State University. He later transferred to Hampton University where he concluded his college football career while earning a BA degree in Sociology with a minor in Political Science in 2001. Following graduation from Hampton, Rashad was invited to participate in the NFL Regional Combines and earned a tryout with the Cincinnati Bengals. 

After football Rashad began his professional career at Alternative Rehabilitations Communities Inc., in Harrisburg, PA as a program director of the only bi-cultural (Latino) residential program in the state of Pennsylvania.

Since 1990, John Aaron has assisted in the operation of over 200 pro football combines, including combines conducted for the NFL, CFL, XFL and Alliance of American Football.


John’s football career began in Long Island, New York at St. Dominic’s High School. In 1984, John won a scholarship to play college football at the University of Richmond where he started at center for the Spiders. Following graduation in 1988, John enrolled in graduate school, earning a Master’s in Sports Management in 1991. While in graduate school, John joined the Spider coaching staff where he coached the offensive line and tight ends until 1993.

Eric began his football career as quarterback at Earl Haig Secondary School in Toronto, Canada. After graduation, he enrolled at East Tennessee State, where he played QB for the Bucs. While at ETS, Eric earned a BS degree in Exercise Science with a Minor in Psychology.


After college, Eric pursued pro football and was invited to the Canadian Football Leagues’ Toronto Argonauts training camp. After his playing days, Eric returned to ETS and completed a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology.

Adam has served in various capacities at ANC and NFL Regional and Super Regional combines since 2006 when he was selected as ANC Chicago Regional Director. 


In 2008, Adam was promoted to National Field Consultant to assist at their other ANC combine locations. Adam also assisted in the operation of football tryouts for several new leagues including the XFL and Alliance leagues.

Brooks Barron is General Manager at UFC Gyms in Sugarland, TX, where he is responsible for staff supervision and management and overall performance UFC’s south Texas Location.

Brooks has well over 15 years of coaching strength and conditioning for elite 4 and 5 star talents many of who now play at such schools as Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, Mississippi State, Army and Air Force. He has many years of experience training and coaching nfl and pro level athletes in many different sports.

Kenny was an All-Star pitcher at Detroit Communication and Media Arts High School in Detroit Michigan where he won 2 MVP awards, Rookie of the Year and All- District honors.  In 2001, he was offered an athletic scholarship to play baseball at Kansas State University. 

At K-State, Kenny was an outstanding outfielder and first-baseman and a MLB prospect. Due to an injury that ended his baseball career Kenny joined the K-State football team and made an immediate impact as a wide receiver. In his final season, he led his team in receiving yards per game helping the Jay Hawks to a 7-4 record.  He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science May 2006.

Russ went on to college at the University of New Mexico and later transitioned into the military, serving 12 years in the US Navy as a submariner and sonar technician 1st class. 

While serving in the military, Russ earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Western Washington University and his Master’s degree in Occupational and Technical Education from Old Dominion University.  Upon leaving military service in 1997, Russ became a high school teacher and coach for both the baseball and football teams.

Mike graduated from Ohio State University in 2000 with a B.S. in Sport Performance and Coaching. He received his Master’s Degree the following year in Sport and Exercise Education.  In 2004, he became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  He also has his International Youth Conditioning Association Certification in Speed and Agility.

Matthew Adolph has served as coordinator for multiple Collegiate All-Star games, including the FBS All-American Tropical Bowl and HBCU Dream bowl. Both his teams were victorious with multiple players taken in the NFL Draft.

Currently, Matt is in his third season as the Linebackers’ Coach and Special Teams’ coordinator for Santa Barbara City College. Before SBCC, he served as a Defense and Special Teams intern, graduate assistant, and quality control coach for Mark Dantonio’s Michigan State Spartans.
