ANC's pro scouting directors, Charlie Peprah, Phil Blackwell, and Stephen Austin, thoroughly evaluate all players at ANC combines for selection to the ANC Hot List and an automatic invitation to the ANC Super Combine.

Mr. Peprah is a former NFL player and scout for the Green Bay Packers.
Mr. Blackwell is a 20-year veteran drills coach at the NFL National Scouting Combine.
Mr. Austin is the founder of NFL Regional Combines and currently Director of UFL Showcases

Players chosen for the ANC Hot List receive automatic invitations to the ANC Super Combine. The results of their combine are sent directly to all NFL, UFL, and CFL teams. Additionally, ANC scouts communicate with these teams on behalf of the players.

To qualify for the Hot List players must first achieve a minimum ANC Pro Football Index score (PFI) of 8.0.

After each ANC Regional Combine, our scouting directors review player results

ANC Hot List Selection

Players who achieve a Final Test Grade (FTG) of 8.0+ are automatically selected. Top perforners who don't meet this grade may still be included at the scout's discrestion

Super Combine Invitations

Hot List players receive automatic invitations to the ANC Super Combine

Direct Exposure to Pro Teams

The results of all Hot List players are sent directly to NFL, UFl, and CFL teams, and our team interfaces with these organizations on behalf of ANC players when requested.
